You've got some work to do.

Just my opinion, but I think you've got too much info on the front page. You're navigation on the top left is a good start, but it appears that you've got all the information sitting on the front page anyway, so it kind of defeats the purpose of having a nav bar.

Also, you probably don't want to have either the most recent chats or forum postings sitting on the home page. Some idiot could go in and make some derogatory or off color comments about anything, and it would then be sitting there for the entire world to read. Obviously not good, especially if you are targetting impressionable young minds.

Also, you are wasting too much of the home page on the image at the top. I think its too big and makes users scroll down too far to get to any of the content.

Very, very slow to load; you may need to simplify the design or check the database setup.

Nothing useful on the screen; you have to scroll down to see anything at all.

Your registration process is deeply flawed - you must verify email addresses before allowing access, or you are inviting spam, spam, and more spam.

But, most seriously (from my point of view, as an old-ish man), I don't think teenagers will relate much to a site that uses that term.

You'd do better to promote the brand - 'tmondo' - making it plain that it is a teen world that you are addressing.

I may, of course, be utterly wrong on that wink

Perhaps tmondo, if you reviewed a couple of other posters sites, they may review yours?
