You need to get some content.
At present, you are simply offering a pile of affiliate links - 100,000 other sites offer the same, and 10,000 do a much better job.
many of your links go straight to a checkout, without giving me any firther information at all - why would I risk my money buying via your site?
As you offer zero originail or unique content, why would the search engines place your pages above the other millions of virtually identical ones?
The days of making a cr*p site and making money from idiots are long gone; there are now more cr*p sites than idiots, so there's just isn't the spare cash to go around. Think about it.
The Internet is now a place for serious business; you compete with other businesses. That means to succeed, you need to do better - just to have a chance of success, you need to be much, much better than your current site. Think about it.
Good Luck!
