Site's Main Purpose: Information

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness

This site is for used car search. Do you feel it is easy enough to use? Any pros and cons? Thanks!

1. The first thing you need to do is create/modify your .htaccess file to rewrite your non www url to the www. When someone (including search engines) types in the non www url they get a "Fedora Core Test Page" and not your site.

2. Your drop down list of suggested search terms (i.e. models) doesn't work. Perhaps it works in IE but if it doesn't work in my browser, it won't work in a lot of others.

3. Your dropdown list of suggested search terms/models works only if the same model names are used in all countries. I can tell you that this is NOT the case so that your dropdown is going to have issues where the car is called by one name in some countries and another in other countries.

Yes, you really cannot use the domain for two sites without major confusion.

Move one to another site (and forward each domain.com to www.domain.com), or move one to a sub.domain.

certainly I agree that the site won't work internationally; you;'d need separate pages and probably separate databases to do that, So the site should indicate it's a US business BEFORE the visitor starts using the forms
