Site's Main Purpose: Advertising (eg Banners, Google Adsense etc.)
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes

The home page looks fine and the color scheme is pretty good. But since the website is not functionally ready, it would be difficult to comment further.
Also, there is a warning message thrown up at the bottom of the page. You will have to fix this because this can distract a visitor's attention.
