Often the graphics are stored in a separate directory/folder. In order to see the entire page as a unit, you will need to open it in a web browser. You can edit the HTML files in any text program, like Notepad. It may be easier for you to use a WYSIWYG ( "what you see is what you get" ) editor that shows you what the page will look like as you are doing the editing.
