    Hi there Sharigimad,

    Welcome in the web business.
    Since this is a world full off golddiggers and lot's of confusing material, I can only give you one good piece of advice.

    Find someone who is already succesful in the same field of expertise you are interested in. Contact this person and ask him if he would like to support you. Obviously this should be a win/win situation for both of you but it would save you lot's of time and money to start of on the right track. Otherwise you will be loosing sleep and money without going the right direction.
