When I use the ranking Checker of WebCEO and search with Google at the same time, Google shows me this page:
We're sorry, but we cannot process your request at this time. A computer virus or spyware application is sending us automated requests, and it appears that your computer or network has been infected.

We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your computer is free of viruses or other spurious software.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google.

It looks like they have detected the automated process and have locked you out.

They show the same page to various Trojans and Scumware that scrapes Googles index for email addresses to pass malware onto, or for older vulnerable PHP forums to attack with scripts.

I wouldn't think that Web CEO is banned, but that the IP address of those using it are being banned as they are caught.

I have used WebCEO before but from this month Google shows me that message.

I only use Free trial of WebCEO to check the rankings of my website.

I don't collect any email. I think Google has some problem with WebCEO not my activity!!

Web CEO is not banned. You are simply sending too many automated queries to Google. This message is simply Google's way of stopping people from using automated programs from querying Google too much and too quickly. They actually are using a captcha phrase--so they can verify that you're a human making the requests, not some automated program.

This looks like a "ban" but it is not. It has absolutely nothing to do with WebCEO--except the fact that you're using the WebCEO software to query Google too much--and Google doesn't like it.

Google started using the Captcha a while back, and you're seeing it because you're querying Google too much without using the Google API.

WebCEO actually incorporates the Google API when they run the reporting? And you're not querying the database more than the API allows? hmmm...

I've not read anywhere else about people having problems with web CEO so it is still highly doubtful that Google has banned this program specifically. Although if you share an IP address for the internet it could just as easily be someone else causing the problem.

You're still limited to only 1000 queries per 24 hour period, even if you're using the API.
