I hope this subject is in its place, couldnt find a better place to post it.
I would like to know if there is any free content management system that
works well with search engine optimization.
I've looked into WordPress... its something like I need, simple and lite.
The thing is, I cant find a place I can do simple operations like:
change each pages <h1> and <title> tags..
Is there any CMS programs that goes well with search engine optimization out there?

Mambo has search engine friendly links. Drupal too. Both are free. But that requires Apache hosting.
