how long it takes to get a website added to Dmoz directory?
I am not able to see a website which was added 20 days ago. what could be the reason.
How can I get in touch with Dmoz?

Getting added to dmoz is not a right you have as a website owner.
If you submit a site to dmoz and if the category editor decides that it is good enough to be accepted, which it probably isn't, they will add it when they get the time.
Again, dmoz is run by volunteers, and they work for free. There is no schedule.
If you get in touch with dmoz about getting them to hurry up on your submission, my guess is that they will not add your site. That's what I would do if I were a dmoz editor anyway.

On "average"(*) a category will be looked at by an editor once per year. If you have suggested your site, then you have done all that you can do to make the next person to look at that category aware that your site exists. There is no need to contact anyone, they can only tell you the same thing.
(*)There is no such thing as an average, as some categories are looked at multiple times per week, and others almost never - each editor finds something to do each time they log on, and then gets on and does it.
No-one, that means not even the particular editor, could tell you what they or anyone else might do today, tomorrow, or next week; and (and this is importent) no-one inside the project (and especially no-one from outside of the project) can influence the priorities of any editor, at any time, in any way.

Thanks for the update, I have submitted to the exact category depending upon the content of the website. So I don't see it going wrong, ya but I agree to Volunteer service thing, Editors will take there own sweet time.
