I have a PR6 website linking to me that has a tracking url in it, ex: www.acbdef.com?ref=advertise1
When I look at the backlinks all the links I have from that page are not showing up. That site has been linking to me for almost two and a half months.
Does the tracking url make the link not count or does it make it count less because of the ?ref=advertise1

Links, in the Google PR system, need to match the exact url of the landing page, so no, such a link in Google's system doesn't help. However, it does in other engines, such as Yahoo.
