We need to track and print the referering PPC search engine and if possible the original search phrase when our prospective clients fill out a 'MS Front Page' online form to our site.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Tag your ads with metadata. A good example of how people use metadata can be seen with Google's URL Builder for Google Analytics.

Simply put in the information you are looking for into the destination URL and pull that information into your form from the Cookie.
