    I have this problem lately. I use credit card to pay for google adwords. Unfortunately if I add 20 euro's I see only 16 euro's is added to the account balance. Now something bad happened; something went wrong with my last payment and now it doesn't matter how much money I try to add to my account, the balance stays 0, even thought the money is really transferred to google.

    Fortunately, google's adwords system keeps track of ALL PAYMENTS you have made and ALL MONEY YOU HAVE SPENT. According to the account data I should have 100 EURO's left to spent!!! But balance says I have 0 EURO's left.

    I sent multiple emails to google adwords help but they didn't respond yet. It's now 4 days since I have sent them email.

    Same problem?

    And I tried to contact google multiple times, but they don't react. They don't have a phone number either!
