Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody knew a salary range for SEMs and specific criterias to consider when hiring a Search Marketer?

There are several recent surveys with quite wide-ranging results. A Google search will find them (sorry short on time tonight).

it varies ,depends on the firm or seo/sem source,and how good their portfolio is thats more important.

The median may be about 70k; the place where the firm is acts as a variable that influence their portfolio.

I have nothing solid on this front yet joey, though we (SEMPO) should have an agency focused salary survey out shortly, so after it wraps, keep your eyes peeled at places like SEMPO's home page for more deets.
