Our pharmaceutical training ad was declined for this reason:
Unacceptable Content
Page promotes an unacceptable product.
Unacceptable Prescription Drug Content
Sites that sell prescription drugs or facilitate the sale of prescription drugs (via links) must take part in a Yahoo! Search Marketing-approved verification program before ads will be accepted. PharmacyChecker, an independent third-party, operates a licensed pharmacy verification program approved by Yahoo! Search Marketing.
Now our site sells training courses and we have been in business for over 40 years. No where on our site do we sell prescription drugs so I cannot understand why Yahoo would think this (unless they only look for the word pharmaceutical and view that as a red flag). Another thing I don't care for is that they gave us this suggested action
Suggested Action: Visit [link] for more information on the program. Once verified by PharmacyChecker, you may resubmit this URL. If you have removed the prescription drug content from your site, please notify our Customer Solutions department by using the Support Request Form. You can access this form by clicking on the Customer Support link found at the top of each page within your account.
I glanced at this site and it looks like I'd have to register and pay a fee to get verified. Something seems fishy about this whole thing. Has anyone experienced something similar. I've only worked with Google Adwords before so I'm not familiar with Yahoo but so far I've been disappointed in their program.

If it's training site then tell them (yahoo) that your site is NOT selling any medication / drugs online and it's just one health related education / training website.
But if you are selling drugs/medications then you have to put that stupid paid logo on your site. There is no escape.

Just contact them by phone or email and ask them to approve your ad. I did this with google and yahoo in the past when I used to promote this kind of products, and IT WORKS!

Ok so Yahoo is okay with our ad now but now MSN is saying that our landing page content is not relevant which is absurd since we optimized our page for the exact same keywords we are bidding on for PPC.
I'm amazed at how difficult working with Yahoo and MSN has been. Do you have a contact number for MSN? Thanks.

"I'm amazed at how difficult working with Yahoo and MSN has been."
All these companies use automated systems, and being - unluckily - related to one of the most abused fields in webvertising, it's a fact of life that your site will trigger all kinds of filters.
Talking the trouble to put them straight will help them to refine those filters, which will help those that follow. But won't help you
At least you aren't selling prons (a c*cktail sausage, I think) or viggras (a Greek fig) or seex (a yak-hide waistcoat) or cannabalism (a herbal cigarette, I suspect). Those guys really have it tough
