Does anyone know what is going on with the Google Ads Diagnostic tool. I've been using it and lately it's saying no ad is being shown for this keyword - but then I type the keyword into Google and it works fine.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

Mine say that too a lot, I don't really give it much thought.

It has been doing that for some time now. Nothing Google AdWords related is reliable.
