I just read this over at Search Engine land.
The article speaks of you need to bear in mind when operating a PPC campaign, specifically form a conversion angle, and gives specific advice on things you can do to help increase ROI. Some are basic things, while others will get your mind stretched a bit more and encourage you to see things from a higher altitude.
