In Google Adwords, in the past if you added a list of keywords as negatives at the campaign level Google's system just ignored those and added the rest. As of tonight you may see this message:
"Some of your keywords are not accepted for the following reason:
* Conflicting negative keywords already added
Please modify your keywords."
When I've seen that message all of the rejected keywords were already there so they could just be deleted.
