Diller's IAC Nears Deal for Jeeves
"Barry Diller's IAC/InterActiveCorp last night was near a deal to purchase the fifth-largest Web-search service, Ask Jeeves Inc., for around $2 billion in stock, according to people familiar with the matter, marking an aggressive move by the electronic-commerce company into the Internet's most competitive arena."

Now we may have another search engine worth going after - hopefully they'll put some cash into Teoma - a brilliant SE in my estimation.
Let's face it Ask wasn't really cutting a rug out there was it?

Good point philh, nothing wrong with the number four spot ... after all, 4 is very close to 3.
