I have one unclearly question. In case I wan't to set up company in UK and open bank account in other country. Or other case: if I want to set up off shore company and have bank account in off shore.
How difficult is to get credit card merchant, where can be troubles?
With other words, what I need to know if I want to offer to my costumers online payments methods? What is the first step?

I just heard that can cost 7.000 GBP per year if is verification about credit card straight through bank. Do you think is that too much?

You can use payment processors like PayPal (no setup fee & low commission) or 2checkout services. It doesn't matter if you leave in UK or not.

Paypal is the best option for you 
Paypal offers you services globally, and you can operate your bank quite easily. You can even integrate into your website later.
You only require
a) Your Email
b) Your authentic credit card

have a look at 2checkout.com, they send money anywhere in the world, but have limitations on types of services

paypal can be a nightmare about money transfers and refund policies with your costumers but if your budget is low yes go for paypal
