Does using a cart that uses static html better than the ones that use like
http://yourdomain/store/product.asp?sku=200956677&loc=20269&sp=1
For getting indexed?

Avoid session IDs, and anything that merely looks like a session ID, and keep to less than 3 variables and you will be fine.
Make sure, too, that you keep the parameter order the same in every link, and that there is only one URL that can reach each piece of content.
