We need to have real-time sales tax calculations added to our ATG shopping cart. Does anyone know of any Web services that we could integrate into the cart?
So far I've found these two, but they don't seem to cater to enterprise commerce systems (we push over $50mm/yr):

I must admit I am rather surprised that ATG doesn't include this for what is supposed to be an industrial strength ecommerce system especially with statements like this:
"automate all aspects of online sales"
on their website.
Be that as it may, would Cybersource.com be a possibility? I see that ATG is not one of the many shopping carts integrated with Cybersource but it doesn't appear too difficult for ATG to get it integrated.
Also, what about making enquiries at ATG as to how to best accomplish this and/or make enquiries at the companies that they promote as being users of ATG eg. Best Buy and American Eagle, as to how they did it?

Yeah, I was surprised when I spoke with our ATG rep the other day and found that it didn't have a built-in tax system.
Yeah... ATG isn't it's all cracked up to be. :-/
We do use cybersource, so I may try them too. Thanks!
