I found they are very bad. Indeed, i am thinking of switching to their competitors.
Their site and login screen is frequently down. The frequency is too high!! Indeed. Sometimes, by days!!
Today, I even found that the ordering page is also down. Now, it's more than 3 hrs.
What's your experience?

WorldPay had a similar problem (external attack):

We now have two card processors (a bit more expensive) but if this happens again we can flick the site over to either and as a real last resort, over to PayPal. This would only take us about 15 seconds.
It may seem overkill, but once they go down, you have no idea when they will be back up. But neither do they. WorldPay quoted me two hours, then the next day, then they refused to give a timescale. They were back up for about two hours, then down again for another 24. Having two processors will be a bit more expensive, however it may pay for itself in times of downtime. For example, your site can still take payments when a processor ever goes down for maintenance.

I have worked in the e-commerce industry for 4 years and pvinc. gave you very good advise. The expense of multiple processors is well worth it
