My company is trying to break into web development and hosting business. We are having problems find indept resources for this business model. Specifically we are looking for things like contracts, acceptable use policies and professional development organization. Can anyone recommend some sites, ezines or forums (in addition to this one)?

Thats quite hard as people in this business who are successful keep stuff close to their chests. Do a search for Futurequest.

Acceptable use policy should be pretty easy to find, just go to the sign up page for any web host and they will display it.
