If you buy a server side software,

1. Do you expect the sellers install the software for you? or you prefer to install it yourself?

2. You prefer to have a DEMO or download trial version and install it to your server?

3. Do you expect installation by seller is a paid service?

Yes, I understood. However, I would like to solicit your expectation and do you think charging a small fee for installation is reasonable to you.

Thanks in advance

I think that charging a small fee is reasonable. As long as the fee is, well Reasonable. Some server side software can be very complex to install and thus leaving it to the pros for a small fee is the way to go. Besides if 'n plumber comes to look at a leaking pipe is he going to charge you?

If you are buying the software from a company and they offer to install it for an additional fee then you can be pretty sure that everything will go smoothly. However if you buy the software from an indivudial and the person offers to install it for a fee and he does not know what he is doing then you might have some problems. This is very rare though
