Well I would rather the visitor bought 2 or more products comfortably with me A frame set that includes a call to action such as "shop for more" "continue shopping" "view other great products" or some such would help you. Do you see? OR even if they lost interest in the product they clicked they could easily return to you without ever having to learn what a back button is. (some don't know such basics).

dswhite, this isn't some abstract discussion or about proving a point... you came here asking for help regarding a lack of sales.
In my experienced opinion, the way you send people to other sites is you biggest problem. People don't often read that much on websites, they scan and click, it all happens in a matter of seconds, and first impressions are absolutely critical. So even if you do make it clear, it is likely nobody read and even if they did it would be a big turn off.
The way you have it now scares people...they feel like they are losing control of what sites they are looking at, etc; and they are. This sort of stuff is associated with porn and other dodgie sites, and the chaotic side of the web more generally. I stress: PEOPLE HATE IT!
Your target audience is probably very mature people too, and women, which is particularly bad for you. Speaking generally, these are amongst the most untrusting categories of people. To put it another way, if you want them to spend you better impress them and win their trust. Right now you don't... that's why you are here and that's what we arewere addressing...

Have you ever worked on any affiliate site?

True.
dswhite, note down this point. This is the reason why you are not making any sale.
There is nothing wrong with your red image. It is very nice. I like it. But you need to remember that your site is a commercial site and not a hobby/fan site. People don't come to your site to see your artwork. They visit it to buy your products. So show them your products.
Trust me, many affiliate sites that are not much good looking but generate decent sales. All those sites show products/services to their visitors.
So you need to add your products listing to your index page and show your categories to your visitors. Now, people have to scroll right to see your categories. Make a site that doesn't have any horizontal scroll bar.
Also you need to create single product pages and modify your category - Creams, Kits, Make up etc - pages. On all your category pages, you need to add little description of the product and make the product name BIG enough to make it readable/noticeable and if possible make lighter and smaller images. And instead of 'icon' use product name as image alt value. Also create 'Buy Now' or 'Click Here to Buy' link.
Do this and you will get sales!

Hi Dinkar.
Thanks for your comments. I think you're right about giving products more info and Buy Now button - I will do that and I think it's an excellent idea. I am also in the process of switching of my web hosting providers and I am looking into changing my site template as I am not as good with html to create one myself that's appealing and professional. I can't get around the downloadable templates - some of them don't show images when I paste them into the Site Builder even though they are in html code and a lot of the free ones are quite ugly or just totally inappropriate but that's probably another forum topic.
As for navigation bar I realise that if people have to scroll to the side to see the navigation bar then it does create a problem and I was not aware of it until this was pointed out to me before by someone else as my PC and browser shows the whole page without scrolling.
I think I will keep my logo but just get a much simpler design and get more products on the index page. Someone mentioned my graphics took too long to load as well.
I'm moving back to US in couple of weeks so will probably start changing the site once I'm there as I've got too much happening at the moment .
P.S. I have made some sales, just not as many as I would expect with the amount of visitors I had.

Dinkar, not only have I worked on affiliate sites, I am working several right now. Oviously there is a need to send visitors in the right direction, but, I was questioning the way or manor in which he was doing that... and, yes, I do use frames from time to time, if it suits me to do so and traffic comes through ppc rather than searches.

For affiliate sitse, you need to presell them! Having a link on the navigation that takes them to another site can seriously hurt you! Instead have a page about the product, introduce it to the visitor, and at the right time Have a link "Order from our supplier" or something less lame. Ease them to the next site, you want them ready to buy before they leave, the conversion rate will be higher that way. (presumably)

You need more descriptive titles for each page. "Books" for the title of your page where visitors can buy Rosacea handbooks doesn't cut it. Speaking of books, imagine each of your pages is a book up on a bookshelf with millions of other books. You've got to make it so the person browsing the bookshelf knows what your books are all about. How can you do this? By giving each a title that best represents what's on each page. You do this and in a few weeks you'll be surprised at the traffic you'll see.
Cheers,

Thanks Brian, I will add this to my "To do" list.
Also, does anyone know how to optimize my site for Mozilla? I seem to get funny results on that browser and I'm not too sure how to go about changing it.

Check the code using http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html first.
Fix all the errors then see it how it looks in Mozilla.

The following is the only example I can come up with off the top of my head. Think in terms of a store in the mall.
For our example we will use a jewelry store.
The name on the door does not say:
Ring Store-Watch Store-Earring Store-Necklace Store
It says something like:
Johnson's Jewelry Store
«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»
Now the difference with your online store is that for people to find you, they have to look for a term that is relevant to your site. We already know that the odds are very good they will not type in "Johnson's Jewelry Store".
We don't want to compete at the level of just the term "jewelry", as this will return search results of over 50 million.
Folks, I don't want to rain on your parade, but the odds of Johnson's Jewelry Store making it to the top 10 out of 50 million sites, is simply not very good.
«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»
Mr. Johnson has decided that perhaps he needs to take another look at his choice of words. After some brain storming he realizes that their are many things that sets his business apart from other jewelry stores.
For example, his jewelry is very unique, and every piece is one of a kind. In fact he hand designs each himself. After much research he finally discovers the focus on his main page.
Unique Handmade Jewelry
«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»
Does this mean Mr. Johnson is going to ignore his rings, watches, earrings, and necklaces? Heck no! However, unlike his store in the mall, his online store can have as many entrances as he has content and products to provide. Each of these products will have their very own page, focus and entrance to his site.
