Welcome to the forums David.
...and does this have anything to do with SEO? What is WOTC for those not familiar with the acronym?

look up an organization called
workforce alliance, most states have one, they will fill out all the paperwork for you if you hire their clients
for those who don't know,
WOTC is Work Opportunity Tax Credit
employers can get tax breaks for hiring the uneducated, hard to place, former welfare recipients and ex felons by giving them job training and employment. The idea is that the credits is cheaper than the government supporting these people.
everyone deserves a chance or a second chance and their are a lot of people that need a break.
in the case of ex felons, they will even bond them if you hire them.
you could also call your local probation or parole office, they are desperate to place these people and will help you make the contacts that you need to get started. A company that services a major ice cream chain got a 5 million dollar business development grant (yeah...free money) from the state of connecticut for hiring the "difficult to place". (which is the socially correct term.)
Contrary to popular belief, many of these people are extremely skilled and make excellent employees. Having stable employment is a major factor in people turning their lives around and staying out of jail.

Hi, I was facing the same problem, then my friend had suggested me to go to Bottom Line Profitability . They are really good. They work like an agent between you and IRS. They do all the papers and file work. They complete the Individual Characteristics Form, Work Opportunity Tax Credit and ETA 9061.You just need to give them IRS form 2848 Power-of-Attorney and Declaration of Employer Representative. Then they will do all the duty on behalf of you.
Hope my suggestion will help you!!!!!

I thought i was answering a legit question that was just erroneously posted in this forum. I'm pretty good about spotting spam and I am tired of it also. Now I see it was just a setup.
still good info to know

Interesting details mj1256. Forget the spammers. They will be taken care of by the mods and Jimbot.
