I am a new comer and ask for help about my web China IC Mart

We want to get more traffic and please some ones tell us how to do?
Or else, if anyone can give us some other suggestions.

And as it is an Integrated Circuits site, please to tell us some English forum about IC for me to study. Thank you very much!
