    Are traffic exchange programs worth getting into? Anyone with any experience with these types of programs?

    I joined one once - wasn't worth crap.

    My advice - just work on building your own traffic over time.

    I wouldn't suggest it at all. You may initially get traffic but you won't get quality targeted traffic so will be a waste anyway.

    Work towards creating some good inbound links.
