First off, welcome to the forums max. smile

Next up, please turn off your CAPS. Typing that way online is the same as yelling at someone in person. wink

As for your question, your best bet to start with PPC programs is the same old same old:

Google Adwords, Yahoo, MSN

All three offer well designed programs that are capable of delivering huge volumes of traffic if you get the mix right. each program is a bit different, so it'll take you some time to learn how to use them and tweak for best results.

Finally, your biggest concern should be your budget and managing it. PPC campaigns can eat up huge amounts of cash fast and NOT deliver as hoped if run the wrong way.

If you've already tried these option and they haven't worked for you, then rather than seeking other options (those three are the biggest after all), you might try seeking the help of a professional PPC consultant. I know of one that hangs around here. wink

managing your own ppc campaign is not difficult, I would not waste money on a company to manage it for you if your budget is slim. Make sure you do lots of keyword research and be careful not to use "broad match" terms. If you sign up for a google adwords account they have ample literature to get you aquainted with PPC marketing through their service. Also Overture.com is the big one. What is your product or target market?
