Hi,

I'm interested in starting a regular get-together of people interested in SEM in the SF Bay Area / Silicon Valley. Does anyone know if this sort of regular get-together (like a user group but for SEM in general) already exists in the Bay Area? I'm aware of the Search Engine conferences, but what I'm specifically looking for are any groups of SEM-focused people who regularly get together to share ideas, learn about new trends, and to discuss issues and experiences.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

You might want to try meetup.com -- I looked a few months ago and they had nothing for seo/sem, but you can suggest categories. Other than that, I have never herd of any get togethers other than conferences.
