We run traffic analysis for about 50 websites using webtrends over an ftp connection the software has always been a little bit on and off with the reports but since the end of July it has stopped working properly.
It will run through the analysis with no errors but the report that comes out will only show traffic up to a certain date. the date on the top right has topdays date but the date at the bottom of the general graph will show the date where the reporting stops.
Are there any issues with http compression or windows service packs etc that might make a difference?

Rachel,
What version are you using? I have had no trouble using Web Trends on different computers with different versions of Windows - XP and 2000.
