I have never ran across that before. Is there any other information on that line that you could give us (port, protocol, referrer)? Hopefully we can figure this out.

I've had that before, and always driven me nuts. Like that, with all those +++ after it. Here's mine exactly...
152 4 0.01% XXXX:++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
shows #152 as the tracking number, # 4 as the number of hits, 0.01% as the percentage of visitors (from THAT as a URL???)...
It's been a while since this original post... anyone currently have any clue on it? This is part of the stats file Generated by Webalizer Version 2.01. My only thought on it is that it's possibly some sort of anonymous browser??? but that's only speculation.

Its a firewall stripping the HTTP_REFERER out of the request
