Hi All,
I need help regarding my website. It a free hosting website. I'm using Dreamweaver 3 and Frontpage to create the website. But when I upload to the free hosting it show weird things such as the column and rows go hey wire! . This happen only if I used IE as my browser but If I use nescape or mozilla the website will look just fine.
Someone, pls advice.

You can dump that function, it's something dreamweaver has been putting in webpages for years, but it's been irrelevant since Netscape 4 left the market,
See if you can find an old used copy of dreamweaver 4, it's a lot better than 3. Dreamweaver mx and mx 2004 are only slightly better, some say they are worse, than 4, although they do put out slightly better code.

I'd say anyone using dreamweaver 3 is going to have a lot of difficulties with the w3c validation page, and they probably won't be able to determine which of hundreds of errors that will probably appear are the actual cause of the issue.

I still can't figure out. Could it be the Css file??? It has been quite a long time since I last build a website. Can someone help me out.
I need to get a book on this javascript and the update version
of the HTML codes....

This combination is essentially impossible to diagnose, the two are going to be doing such strange things to your code that's it's completely impossible to know what they did.
Dump Frontpage completely, junk it, and stick to dreamweaver, first of all. There's no possible reason to be using both of those on one site, it's a recipe for disaster.
But there's no way to diagnose this type of thing easily, sorry.
