Hello,
Five months have passed,the PageRank of my web is still zero?
Could anybody tell me why?

You probably don't have enough good quality links pointing to your site. Don't worry too much about PR. Is your site getting much traffic yet?

Lot of link backs earn more google ranking?
Is this true or are there other factors as well for getting ranking?

Google reckons there are about 200 factors, most of which relate to the page content, that can affect page ranking.
However, Google Page Rank is specifically about link popularity.

you dont necessarily need a lot of good ranking links in order to get good PR. You only need one in theory and you can quite easilt get PR3 and above with that providing that IBL is a good one. PR is distributed throughout the site and this can affect the PR of your homepage.
Example.. i run a simple machines forum which is notorious for the first page only being spiderable, and no others. The site is new (less than a year), and has next to no IBL's going to it, were talking three at the most, I dont market the site other than by word of mouth so i dont need them. The PR is 3 going on 4.
