Hi,

I want your opinions regarding to directory submission and link building. I want to know that while submitting a site to large number of directories should we change site's title or description or have the same title and description while submitting a site to many directories and also while exhanging links with other sites should we change title or description of our site? Please share your opinions.....

Thanks in advance.

Be careful with link exchanges, There are many pitfalls.

There aren't a "large number" of directories that you can usefully submit to. Check carefully.

dont use the same anchor texts over and over again you can give them a twist and add additional words to your keyword in the anchor text.

animated is correct, mix them up and target them to the directory you are posting too.

g1smd's point is that most directories are not worth the effort. You will do a lot of work for no results, and some directories will even damage you.

Its not about getting links, its about getting relevant, quality links, and this is something that directories cannot provided.

you've heard this before, it isn't the quantity, it's the quality that counts

The result will be good if you change the title and description while submitting tom the directories.
You can have a 5 set of title and description. This will help you.

True, mixing Titles and Keywords can prove to be helpful. But of course, you should remember to submit to only high-ranking and quality directory sites.
