Hi all, i am optimizing a website and i need list of websites so that i can exchange link of my site with other sites.
would you like to give me a list of websites.

Three points Brad:
1 - Welcome to the forums. 
2 - Look for one-way links, not link exchanges, they will give you more lift.
3 - Link dropping is not allowed, as per the rules stated in the posting box...
