I need a program to convert images from PDF to JPG. Also sometimes i need to convert images between other different formats.
So it would be wonderful if it will be able to edit images as well.
Photoshop is too expensive and difficult for me!
Any suggestions?

Try the ReaConverter Pro. It very easy in use and functional one. Supports about 340 formats (including PDF and EPS). I always use it for batch conversion of my images. It has many features for editing images as well.
You can download it at: [link]

You can also try easy graphic converter. Easy Graphic Converter is a very small image processing software with powerful functions. Editing images are done directly in the graphic converter. It has the ability to resize, rotate and produce variety of effects. It also supports screen capturing with different ways. You can get it for $20..
