    I'm new to adsense and have implement it on a few pages on our websites. Can anyone give any hints or tips on how to get the most form Adsense ?

    Do you know if it is possible to include Google search on my search but only so I can search with my site (not a web search)

    It is possible, although you need to check the TOS to see whether it is acceptable to use the search that way and gain revenue from AdSense. If it is unclear in the TOS, submit the question to AdSense support.
