Hi,

So... in my research, am I to understand that if I use adwords on my site...

and go to my own site too often (as most website owners do), but don't click any of the links, google may ban me from adwords??? I go to my site many times a day to see progress, etc...

thanks in advance.

No, going to your site won't cause Adwords to ban you - clicking on ads on your own site will.
