    Hey...

Is there a script out there that can track adsense click? I want to know who is clicking on the ads on my website and who isn't. I have a members profile and just wondering if it is possible to trick google into delivering ads that are taylored to the user that is logged in??

Anyway, scripts that can track google adsense? any out there? help appreciated...

I have seen scripts that know if you have clicked on a banner or not, they are on a fair few sites, but this is against google TOS so i dont want to have a script that wont let a user login untill they have clicked, would be nice though...

Google already does that. They use several ways to figure out what the page is about and other than adding keywords to the page there's not much more that you can do. You could, though, add some keywords automatically from your site's database that are related to that user somehow, so, that might be an option for you.

Performancing.com has site statistics that will show you the AdSense clicks, so you might want to check out what they have to offer.

Cheers mate, i was thinking of that, having dynamic keywords per user, just to trick google, lets face it, if the add is tailored to the user then there is more chance of them clicking it.

The fact that your intent is to trick Google is giving me the willies here.

You want to show specific ads to individual users.

    Fine.

Have them fill in a profile page where they list what they like - set up Adsense and it'll populate the spaced with ads matching the content your users put up.

Do you have any stats to show that individual users are more likely to click on certain ads?

...and be VERY careful this doesn't run afoul of Google's guidelines about encouraging users to click on ads - might not break the written rules, but if they deem you're breaking the "spirit of the rules" they might still shut you down...
