Hello all. I do freelance web design work and typically I do smaller static sites. I have a new client that would like a site where they have a control panel that they log into and they can edit any page on the site I will create for them, create new pages, or delete pages all without knowing any bit of html. They'd want to add new articles to current pages, reorder them, set them to auto-delete after a certain amount of time, add related PDFs for users to download... all from a simple to use back office that utilizes the design I come up with.
Does anyone know if there is something out there out of the box that would allow me to set this up or is this something that I would need to have custom created by a developer? Any developers out there that have done something like this and would be interested in working on this project?
Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.

You need something like ZapEdit (run a search, you'll find it).

Im an advocate of joomla, easy backend control panel, no html requiered, and I can control what the client does by permissions.
dotnetnuke will give you the ability to do this, but it doesn't have a control panel
you can find them on google and they are
wait for it...................
