Created the website a while back around the time "Lupe Fiasco - Food & Liquor" came out. The response has been great and just leaving the website as is, has increased in PR and receives approximatelly 20-30 visits daily still. I integrated Adsense (in October) and get a few hits now and then.
He has a new upcoming album so this is a great time to buy. That's mainly the reason I'm selling as I don't/won't have time to update etc. Would prefer a fan buyer or someone who will not let it go to waste.
