Note that the following are not permitted in this forum: Domain only sales, adult or pornographic websites, casino or gambling related websites and anything which is otherwise violative of any law. Please include the following information in your posts:
** In the Subject of the thread put "For Sale" or "Partner Wanted" or "Web Site Wanted" and then the subject of your site such as "For Sale - Webmaster Information Community"
If you are selling a site:
1. Your name
2. URL of site
3. Age of site
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor
5. How does site generate income? How much?
6. Who develops content and how much time does it require?
7. Reason for selling
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
10. The asking price for the site.
If you are buying a site:
1. Approximate monthly page views/unique visitors you want
2. type of site
3. Income generation required
4. years established
5. PR rank and backlinks
6. search engine rankings
7. Your price range
Just cut-and-paste the above items into your post and fill in the answers. Feel free to add as much additional information as you might want.
A nice example that is very helpful to all members can be found here. Remember that the more information you include the better your chances for a potential sale if selling or finding the perfect website if buying.
